Laura Alliss is a Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales, and is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA No. 477481.

Laura practices as a consultant solicitor operating via a Personal Service Company, Middleton Legal & Business Services Limited (CRN 15906628), trading as Middleton LBS.

 

All legal advice and services are provided to clients under the umbrella of a number of law firms who Laura has partnered with to provide legal services to her clients ("the Umbrella Firm").  The Umbrella Firms are all authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and hold professional indemnity insurance.  Presently these Umbrella firms include Richard Nelson LLP and Geldards LLP.  No legal advice or services are provided by Middleton LBS to clients directly.

Procedure for instructions;

• Upon receipt of an enquiry or referral via Middleton LBS, your case will be allocated to an Umbrella Firm;

• Laura will contact you via the Umbrella Firm to provide you with a fee estimate and terms of engagement which will include details of the Umbrella Firm's indemnity insurance and complaints procedure.

• Work will be undertaken by Laura as a consultant for the Umbrella Firm and you will be invoiced by the Umbrella Firm for the work undertaken, in accordance with the fee estimate provided.
